Lambretta/Vespa top dead centre tool

Quality tool which screws into spark plug apeture .The tool rides up and down on the piston crown .When at its highest point the tool can be marked with a pen this denotes top dead center . The flywheel would then be turned anti clockwise of this point to set timing mark with the aid of a timing disc .
